With text fraud alerts, if our system detects suspicious activity on your card, you will receive a text message with details about the suspected transaction. All you have to do is respond to the text with a “yes” or “no” to confirm or deny the transaction.
You will receive a second text message based on the given response. If response is “YES” you will receive a second text message prompting you to attempt the transaction again. If response is “NO” you will be prompted to contact the listed call center and a restriction will be placed on the card.
